The organic fertilizer granulator machine will have various failures in the production work, which is a normal phenomenon. There are many reasons for the failure, some are caused by long-term use and aging, and some are caused by human error. However, no matter what kind of failure occurs, it is caused by improper routine maintenance. First of all, we must confirm the following points:
1. The bearing is poorly lubricated or severely worn;
2. The switch circuit is in poor contact, or the disconnection runs single-phase;
3. Whether the voltage is too low. If the granulator is running abnormally, the cylinder is stuck by an obstacle, or even the cylinder cannot rotate, and the bottom box vibrates.
