Bugatti returns to the scene with the Chiron Super Sport, a new hypercar with extreme performance. The racing car of the French company is characterized by important innovations in terms of aerodynamics and performance has been further improved.

The basis from which the Bugatti designers started are those of the Chiron, around which the production of the Super Sport will begin in Molsheim. Deliveries are expected by 2022 at a price per single unit that will be around 3.2 million euros. "With the Chiron Super Sport, we are following our long tradition of combining maximum speed with absolute luxury" commented Stephan Winkelmann, President of Bugatti. The Chiron Super Sport is synonymous with greater comfort and elegance combined with even higher performance and faster speeds. With this new creation, we have achieved another distinct personality within the Chiron family. It is the essence of what we have learned and developed in recent years. Along its entire length, the 2022 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport is designed for maximum speed.

Bugatti's goal was to give the vehicle an impartial position at its maximum speed while giving it the cleanest shape possible. The body of the Chiron Super Sport generates significant downforce to perfectly balance the car at any speed and on any route. The elongated rear of the Chiron Super Sport, known as the long tail, gives it new proportions and a very distinctive aesthetic. A new optional horizontal colour subdivision visually extends the proportions, making the hyper sports car even lower to the eye. In addition to the tail, redesigned and lengthened by 25 centimetres, the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport features a new exhaust system, a specific front splitter and repositioned tailpipes.

Under the hood, the powerful 8.0litre W16 turbo engine has been updated to reach 1600 hp, 100 more than the original version. Updates also involved the seven-speed automatic transmission, now equipped with a new clutch, and other mechanical details. As a result, the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport supercar sprints from 0 to 200 km / h in 5.8 seconds, from 0 to 300 in 12.1 seconds and the top speed is over 440 km / h. @via Bugatti.
