Co-founding Front Line Auto Temps with his partner, Nino Mihilli. It's a relatively new recruiting firm with a focus on the automotive sector. grew revenue from nothing to $2 million in the first year. He received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a minor in Small Business Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University between 2001 and 2002. Over the course of twenty years, he took a concept that had never been realized before and built, tested, and scaled it.
