Juraj Manek took over as the new Director of Parts and Service/Power Solutions at Scania Germany-Austria. This promotion makes him a member of the business unit's management team. He succeeds Radek Liška, who will assume the role of Head of Service Central Europe for Scania.

Juraj Manek has worked for Scania since 2007 and initially set up the bus sales in Slovakia. From 2009, the Slovakian-born headed the Scania Slovakia West branch before taking on the global role of Senior Advisor Dealer Performance for Scania in 2018. As Director for Parts and Service/Power Solutions, he is responsible for Scania's entire after-sales business in Germany and Austria. This includes repair and maintenance services, fleet management and tachograph services, driver training, and the sale of industrial/marine engines and engines to generate electricity.

The focus of our service organization is to do ordinary things extraordinarily well. In the digital age, these things are becoming increasingly complex and diverse. Data analysis and networking are just as part of our everyday lives as alternative drive solutions.
