You have to fulfill all the requirements of Umrah Visa. You need to fill the whole Umrah visa application form. You must have a passport that must be valid for six months. Two passport-size photographs are also compulsory. Women less than age 45 must be accompanied by Male Mehram. Women with age above 45 should have a permission letter from husband while going alone for Umrah.
Traveler must change his name from Non-Muslim name to Muslim name if he is a newly Muslim. Medical certificates are also required while submitting the visa application form. Children less than age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents. Confirmed tickets are also required while submitting visa form. Missing one of these required documents, you may not get an Umrah visa.
